That means that if you have a problem related to a DWE area of expertise, you can hire DWE to assign an engineer who can help solve it. DWE engineers' engagements can be long-term (six months or more as a dedicated member of a project team) or short-term (a week or two troubleshooting a problem). Engagements can involve work on your site (as in the case of a deployment), on ours (as would probably happen if a job were mainly software development or system design), or a combination of the two.
